Yeti Softwash owes its name to owner and founder, Joshua Nielson. Joshua and his family have worked tirelessly (and always with honesty and integrity) to take Yeti Softwash from being “just another startup”, to a full-fledged residential, commercial, multi-unit, and industrial exterior cleaning company in a relatively short time period. Our service area vastly covers Portland, OR. We are a fully Licensed & Insured company.

Josh was very professional, kept in communication with us as we got close to our cleaning day, and did a pre-walk through and showed us around after the job was done. They went above and beyond with some additional cleaning that we were not expecting!       Yeti Softwash is a premier local business. I found Yeti Softwash while I was driving by the truck. Josh was prompt and responsive when I contacted him for a quote. He made the scheduling process easy. I was provided with a clear statement of work and timely updates during the service appointment. Josh’s team completed a roof softwash, gutter brightening, and concrete pressure washing of the driveway, sidewalk, curb, and patio.
